I tried to communicate via email with some of the ladies I know in person and it did not work at all. The only situation when you have a chance to reach some lady is when a) she is not ASSociated with a brothel (working independently) and b) has ICQ in her advertisement. As I understand, you are trying to reach ladies from Italy. This probably will not work as they do not see you as a potential customer. Calling a lady with "I speak English" on her ad might work. But the general rule here is "no Russian - no fuck". Of course the situation changes if you have some local friend helping you and making the arrangements for you. Good luck!
